If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of confirmed delivery for your first order only.

Refunds apply to the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Chargeback & Dispute Policy
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated before contacting our support team, the order becomes ineligible for refund while the dispute is under review.
We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery, order confirmation, and policy acceptance records to the payment processor to resolve disputes.
